OLC collects only the information necessary to provide field service management functionality:

• Account information: name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
• Location data: GPS coordinates collected only when an engineer actively uses the location feature in a field report. Location is not tracked continuously or in the background.
• Device token: a push notification token to deliver task assignment alerts.
• Field reports: service notes, photos, and technical data submitted by engineers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To manage and assign field service tasks within your organization.
• To send push notifications about task assignments and account approvals.
• To generate operational reports for administrators.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Data is shared only among authorized users within the same organization using the app.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to data is restricted to authenticated and authorized users only.

5. Location Data

Location access is requested only when an engineer taps the GPS button in a field report. We do not track or record location continuously or in the background.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your organization uses the app. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting your administrator.

7. Children's Privacy

OLC is a professional business application not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
